Where can buy cheap custom rims and tires?

I just bought a jetta GLS 2001 and i want to buy some rims for it. Any help would be appreciated!

Join some VW forums and go to their "for sale" areas of memebers selling off accessories, etc.

Note:if you live in the salt belt,don`t buy cheap rims as they will look terrible in one winter if not maintained and cleaned at least once a week during the winter months.
