    Hello Autopia!

My car was recently rear ended and I just got it back from the shop. They did a wonderful job and it looks like new, except for my trunk which on the right side has a larger body gap than the other side. I took it back over today and they tried to adjust it but they said they couldn`t do anything else to it and it still isnt perfect. See the attached photos and tell me if I should try to complain more and figure this out. Thanks everyone!

Right Side (gap is wider and flares out towards the windshield):

from your pics it doesn`t appear to be very noticable. Bottom Line..... If your not happy with your vehicle, take it back until they get it corrected. That is what you have to do nowadays. That`s what my customer`s do with me. If it were me, and going by the pics, I would leave it be. This is just me. If I may make 1 suggestion, if the panel, and the locking mechanism were loostened .... it may be possible to re-align the panel correctly. Then again, if it were rear ended, what you see may be what you get. Body guys are not flawless, but with years of experience, and practice one could get close.
