its an obx 4-1 header. it eliminates the pre cat on my car which is the most restictive.
install on saturday. im pretty stoked. no more 3 rpm rev at 60 mph in 5th gear =P
heres a taste of my car, and a little of my detailing work :woot2:

What kind of gains are you expecting from that mod?
Umm! BLACK
Sweet! Post up some before and after sound clips when you`re done.
How much did that run ya?
I just helped my friend install some Kooks custom headers on his C5 Vette. We did a bunch of other mods so the install was fairly easy.

Looks sweet. What`s the butt dyno tellin` ya?

Nice! Looks like a well built header too.
Looks as easy as doing the header on my Accord. More than enough room and everything is right in front.
it was a breeze to put on really. if i get dynoed im expecting a little bit more then 112whp. what guy said he dynoed in at around 112whp 120 wtq. its not much, but i dont mind at all. car gets me from A to B rather nicely.

Have any check engine code`s ???
Just trying to keep my family`s cars clean.
not yet but i will as soon as the ECU realizes the pre cat is gone. i have a non fouler type rig to solve that issue tho. i just gotta drill it out.Originally Posted by jesselyons2002

Four cylinder mazda? Youre right it does look quite easy. Did the gas mileage improve or decrease with the headers?

Looks nice and when you get tired of the changed color just get it powder coated.
