I have just bought a new 350Z and when coming out of a parking lot scraped the front bumper. I have 3 scratches that are semi underneath the bumper down exposing the black surface. Do I need to prime first?. Any suggestions how to repair so it looks alright

I would use primer. Most paints have a hard time adhering to plastic bumpers.
