Hi, I’m new to the site. I have couple questions hopefully you guys can help me out.

I have a small hole on my front bumper that’s made of plastic. Is there any sealant or something else that I can use to patch the hole?

When shopping for clear coat, is there a specific brand you guys recommend or are they all the same? I plan on using it for plastic bumpers and metal parts. Thanks for all the help.

If the hole is from a license plate mount, there`s a company called something like "Bumper Plugs" that has plugs for such stuff. If it`s a different type of hole there are epoxy-type products used by bodyshops for such repairs. They`re not *that* easy to use and will require repainting the bumpercover with both basecoat (color) and clearcoat. For this, both the base and clear coats oughta have "flex additive" mixed in with them so they don`t crack when the plastic flexes. DIYing this isn`t all that easy
