    My first boat detail

My dad bought a boat back in 2001, used it 4 times and never used it again. Don`t ask why, all I am going to say is (Wife).

The boat was outside in his yard the whole time. No cover. It was bad.

I used a rotary buffer, wool pad, 3m heavy duty compound, Finess-it II and Meg`s Flagship premium wax with a gray foam pad.

    Here are the results,

All I am going to say, that was a lot of work.

BTW, I did this job three weeks ago. The meg wax is all gone. Thanks to Troy I gave UPPG a try on my boat. It took me 10 minutes to do the whole boat. The luster and the water beading is back better than what it ever was. WOW! I can wait to see how well it is going to stand up to time.

Looks great, you can really see the difference....did you remove the lettering???
I like beer. On occasion I will even drink a beer to celebrate a major event such as the fall of communism or the fact that our refrigerator is still working.
