    Chopper Detail

I work with a local indy Harley bike shop. I do maybe two dozen bikes a year with him..What I love about doing these bikes is the scissor lift and the ability to lift each of the wheels, you can really dial the detail in.

Mainly Poorboys World it`s all I stock for detailing.

I did use Semi chrome metal polish it`s about the best I`ve seen for polished aluminum.

I have to ask,, where did your handle come from? Mine is a combo of being a Trek fan and riding a Triumph. (road name Beamer)

I drove BMW`s for years love the cars, but they are not cheap to own..so today I`m KIA-boy LOL

I also ride a Trek 5200 Carbon frame road bike, to the tune of about 8000 mile a year..you a roadie?

    Re: Chopper Detail

I like Semi chrome but try S-100 total finish restore. its amazing. they have chrome soap that is really great, and for even more use the total finish restore. I have been through semi chrome, 3m, Mothers, blue magic,, and a few others I have long forgotten about. S-100 tops them all.

Semi chrome or any good metal polish will work on stainless. Just stay away from any polishes or compounds that are designed for paint. They can have abrasives that might scratch the metal.

From actual experience, you really get good results with that brand?

How would you compare it with say Chemical Guys or Adams?

Is that an American Horse Texas Chopper?
