For new pipes I used to put on my 2-stroke atv`s, I would shoot the inside of the pipe with high heat paint. It would stop bluing and never gave me any problems.

The blueing is the nature of the beast, it`s just something that I personally have gotten accustomed to. Because what ever you are going to do it will come back

I think it looks kind of badass. It gives the impression that if you`re bike was really pissed it could belch a fireball out the back. The pipes on sportbikes are pre-blued at the factory, it mimics the look of racebikes.
