How long will it last before needing to reapply? Will be using the polymer spray every 6-8 weeks.

I apply 2 coats of BFWD waiting 12 hrs apart and then use the BLACKFIRE Wet Diamond Polymer Spray twice a month after a wash. This regiment lasted just well over a year for me.

Well that depends on the following factors:
- paint type
- storage factors
- environmental exposure
- climate
- pre-application prep work
- washing methods
- shampoo type
- humidity
- application type
In general you will see 3-6 months of stand alone protection. On a garage kept show car, it is easy to see more than a year of durability vs. a daily driver in which the product was slathered over neglected paint, in which case you may only see 2 months.
- Daily driver (2001 gold Toyota Tacoma).
- Carport at night, outside during the day.
- Living in Hawaii
- Will be using SRC finishing polish as prep work with a 6" Griots polisher
- Have a foam gun for a presoak and will use BF shampoo in 2 bucket wash
- Applied with the Griots
- Will do two layer but may be a week apart with a wash
Thanks
Put Crytal Seal over it, then use the Poly Spray for touch up after washes.

Would Crystal Seal increase durability? Was hoping to get 9-12 months. Maybe they`ll come out with a nano sealant?

Yes, it is possible to extend the BLACKFIRE protection to a year, or indefinitely if you products like Crystal Seal and Polymer Spray frequently, because you are constantly infusing Wet Diamond polymers onto the paint. At some point, likely around the 6 month mark, a significant amount of the original polymers would be gone, but you would never notice as you have constantly replenished them.
So it`s kind of a trick question, the proper upkeep, anything can appear to last forever, but if you want to keep Wet Diamond AFPP as your base, you are best to reapply ever 6 months and maintain semi-frequently.
Another product you might consider, is Pinnacle Black Label Diamond Sealant. This resin-based formula will get very close to a year of durability on it`s own, and even more if you use the Black Label Diamond Booster Spray.
Batch 25, nice!
May have to look into that. right now I`m using Wolf`s Chemicals Hard Body and seems to be OK. It`s been on only a couple of months though. They have a new product out but not sold in the US yet. That is why I`m thinking of changing to a US made product line. Seems easier to get especially in Hawaii.
