Question BF CS on plastic gauge cover

i would imagine it would be safe for sealing your gauge cluster plastic and stereo read out plastic?

just wondered if anyone used it for this yet?

    Hi,

I believe BFCS will do fine on most panels.

However there was once I bought a new stereo for home use.
It came with "mirror" LCD display.
It is not with me now but it looks like this:

I thought it would be nice to apply some wax and protect it.
I applied a thin layer of NXT 2.0 liquid.
However as I spread it on I found that the silver layer was gone!

So I guess not all plastic are suitable for waxing / sealing.

I often use Opti-Seal for the gauge clusters so it should be fine since they are similar products.
