how does bf finishing polish work on supersoft very sticky black ultima paint?
do some tests with different pad combos. Soft paint try a black pad first pending what pads you are using. It has very little cut so they are more polish dependent. If that does not work bounce back to a white foam and see if that works.
You may also get away with an AIO on softer paints. I use it all the time and they finish down really nice. Honda Toyota paint orange pad and a AIO. Nice.
What type machine are you using it with?
flex 3401,rupes or rotary
you should be able to cut fine with the flex depending the damage from spot to spot. If your doing an all over AIO. I usually just will hit spots that are worse twice. I`m getting paid for one step.
I would test the flex with an orange pad foam. It really has worked well for me in the past with a good AIO.
As someone who has used BF finishing polish more than most(I`m probably most used in the world lol) I use BF finishing on super soft paint all the time. My preferred delivery on super soft paint is rotary and crimson foam at a very low speed 600. Also this same pad on a flex 3401 does great on speed 3-4. Either way you go make sure you work it long enough that it is almost clear on the paint so the wipe up will be easy enough to avoid towel marring. Hope this helps! If you need any right this second advice PM me and i`ll give you my cell. I love BF finishing polish and I`ve used it a million times with every machine and pad combo there is. Literally my go to product if I have one lol
