    Any idea which is stronger undiluted, Blackfire APC or DP Cleanse All?

    Not sure which one is "stronger" but BLACKFIRE is safer.

    On paint?

    DP doesn`t say anything about diluting, while BF recommends 4:1 on paint. With that said, I would assume BF is "stronger"

    From the house brand APCs, BF was the strongest one I tried. Pinnacle was the least strongest..

    Stronger on what? Organic stains? Brake dust? Tar? So many variables...

    Just because something is safer doesn`t make it weaker.. BF APC is a gentle giant, it will cut through engine grease yet you can use it on leather.
