    BF Waterless wash

Just moved into an apt and lost my detailing garage- - been moving so the car for the first time in its life has gone 2 weeks without a wash. Bird droppings and rains have left it spotted but the crystal seal still doing it`s job as you could tell there was gloss underneath the crud.

So I pulled out the WW for the first time since winning it from Todd, and took two MF towels outside.Wow...a quick swipe with the washing towel and a quick buff with the other towel and the car looks freshly washed.

Amazing stuff - all in 10 min - between this and crystal seal, I have cut my detailing time by a factor of 5...takes me 30 min to do what it used to take me hours to do....

    Re: BF Waterless wash

i am on the fence about all these waterless washes. i would like to try them tho. i have looked at...

    griots spray on car wash
    meguiars spray wash and wax

the griots i can pick up locally along with the matching MF towels. also the meguiars.

i have not looked into the rinseless washes. no interest there. guess i am just use to a hose/bucket wash. yesterday would have been a good day to try one. clean, but driven in the rain. not dirty enough for a bucket wash.

glen e.....being blackfire it does not surprise me it worked well.

I prefer rinseless washes over waterless but BF WW is pretty nice stuff. I`ve used it a couple times on a dusty car and it worked well and no sign of marring.

they do, and I`m 3 min from my old neighborhood and plenty of friends with big driveways and hoses - I`m not far from a wash a week at all. But really nice to know that the stuff works so well for times like today where I want the car looking good tomorrow and need not find a wash. Works far better than I thought it would....

I religiously use blackfire waterless wash. All 3 of our cars get washed with waterless on a weekly basis. When it comes to waterless I use only Ultima and BF. Spray down the panel till its soaked and wipe. When AG had them on bogo last week, I stocked up.

How many towels did you end up using?

I agree. I feel a lot more comfortable with the rinseless. I have used BF waterless and some other and I felt discomfort about wiping the car.
