I`ve not tried the Blackfire cleaner but I use the DP cleaner and I`ve never added anything to the wash but the cleaner. I have a HE and usually add about a half cup fo water to the main liquid wash tray to dilute it a little bit.

I have a bottle on its way to me now. I hope to have it tomorrow or Friday. I`ve used a lt of other microfiber cleaners so I`m interested to see how Blackfire compares

I have Pinnacle MF wash, Dreft, Tide Free and BF MF wash.

Black Fire is my go favorite, first I run a hot water soak to loosen the dirt (dirty due to waterless washing) and then a double rinse cycle.

I use 2 dryer balls and low heat in the dryer for fluffing up.
