Yes you can apply Crystal Seal on top of a hardened carnauba wax and receive some benefit. How long the benefit will last or the degree of the effect is hard to gauge given the sheer number of carnauba waxes available. The longer the carnauba wax has been on the surface the more penetration Crystal Seal will make and the great the benefit.

On top of Midnight Sun will see a larger degree of benefit because Midnight Sun is fortified with the same family of polymers.
