Hmm, coatings still have me intrigued, but after having issues with Exo V2 I was put off quite a bit lately. Ease of use, self leveling properties?

How is this going to compare to DP? I wasn`t too happy with the longevity on DP.

oh, oh, oh, yes, yes, yes...pick me! BF has been my primary product line (the one I use the most of for multiple things). Just heard about the coating and thought it might be time to take the leap!

    Re: 3 NEW BLACKFIRE Products

With so many products on the market, you want to make sure you are using the best. I`ve tried allot of products over the years and have written reviews on them all, some good some not so. I live in Northern NJ and our harsh winter especially this year was a good challenge.

I would love to try you products and write a independent review for your company.

    Let me know,

    Re: 3 NEW BLACKFIRE Products

Well I waited as long as possible and now I have questions. (As usual)

    BF Paint Coating

    • I don`t see a sprayer on this. What is the consistency?
    • How does this compare the PBL & DP coatings?
    • Will this crystalize the applicator?
    • How will this compare to other popular coatings? (CQ, Gtech)

    BF Paint Prep

    • Is this strong enough to remove a layer of wax?
    • What is the scent?
    • Will this come in a concentrate so we can save on shipping and mix our own?

    BF Waterless Wash Concentrate

    • Is this formulated to work with the new coating as well?
    • Same great scent?
    • Side by side comparison with UWWP?

    Paint coating

    1. Clear liquid, viscosity like water. This product cannot be packaged with a sprayer because it will harden in the siphon tube.
    2. Entirely different formula. Does not leave paint as slick as PBL, and it cannot be topped with a wax. Slightly better sheeting due to quartz-based formula.
    3. Yes.
    4. Similar performance, much better price and easier to use.

    Paint Prep

    1. Yes, but if you plan on coating it`s still advised to polish first and then use the prep.
    2. Men`s cologne.
    3. The formula cannot be made into a concentrate, it will not be stable.

    Waterless Wash

    1. Yes.
    2. Yes.
    3. Go for it!

I currently use ONR as an interior wipedown for my car. It`s safe for leather and alcantra. Can the same be said for BF waterless?
