    Re: Gtechniq Giveaway

I`m sure it`s way too late now, some perhaps 15+ months later, to contact AG about a product I`m unhappy with, and want compensation.

The 1/2 bottle still sits in a front bedroom box. Whether its still liquid, or turned to rock, I really couldn`t care, I won`t put it on anything of worth to me.

    Re: Gtechniq Giveaway

Used Gtechniq`s G5 first time last night and now I can`t wait to drive in the rain! Ha!

When trying to choose, it was your review Todd on G1 vs G5 helped me decide:

I`m always looking for ways to contribute back to the forum, it seems like Gtechniq`s line isn`t well known, so winning this cool bag of Gtechniq tricks would allow me to write up a review or two and help my fellow members out!

I haven`t tried any of their products yet but have been eyeing G5 to test against fkyby30.

    Re: Gtechniq Giveaway

I would like to win this because GTechniq is top notch in their coatings and would love to find out how their other products perform !! I have used the Universal Cleaner....very impressed and familiar with their coatings which I used on clients cars from time to time.

    Re: Gtechniq Giveaway

Its free! We all love free stuff especially when it is products like this.

I have tried their G1 Vision and have to say that stuff is amazing. I think it is totally worth it for folks like me. It is like set it and forget it. Once its on, you don`t have to worry about it for a looonnnggg time. Slight learning curve for me on removing the product though and also because I find cleaning glass difficult.

Would love to try the C1/EXO2 combo one day.

    Thanks for the chance!

    Re: Gtechniq Giveaway

I`ve always wanted to try these products, especially. I have wanted to try the G-Wash, since I have the coatings (C1 & EXO) on the paint. I`ve wanted to try L1 because I have used the CarPro leather coating, and would love to see the difference, especially since I was underwhelmed with the CarPro and heard great things about the GTechniq offering. And last but not least, I actually need to try some more quick detailers, especially since I mostly use waterless washes. I just picked up some SONAX BSD, so I`m slowly making a dent, but think I need to up my game in this department!

    Re: Gtechniq Giveaway

For the last four years detailing product options have sky rocket. New names, new methods and new science has arrived to the scene. And after testimonials, reviews and test I was looking for my chance to try Gtechniq.
    Some pics.

    Can you say Hydrophobic??

I took it outside to see how it works. Took a panel in descent condition to lay down a coat of C1 to try it out.

Sprayed some Panel Wipe. This is some serious stuff. Product ability is very tangible for the touch. You can actually sense the solution working.

Thanks to this little detail in the C1 bottle you wont have bad accidents were you end up spilling the contents at once. Nice.

Important to screw the cap back on, and put in a safe and cool place. You dont want to drop this glass container and lose your product.

this is how my thin coat of Gtechniq looked like.

After removing residue, from a cloudy look I notice the change on the surface, a progressive change as the clock kept adding the minutes.

Very happy with ease of use and quality of the finish. Got to mention that next early morning, since the car sleeps outside is always wet. All wet except for the fender. It`s very impressive how this science works. Thanks for looking.

    Re: Gtechniq Giveaway

I am a gtechniq believer, I currently have their c1 and exov2 on my daily driver.
However I did not document myself using these products as I was in a rush last year when I had it applied.

However if I am selected from this giveaway, I promise I will do a full review on each and every product received!!

Why do I want or deserve to win? Well, I probably don`t deserve to win. I want to win because its free stuff and you can never have too much free stuff.

    Re: Gtechniq Giveaway

Here is a review of GTechniq Panel Wipe, C1, EXO, EXOv2 and the experience I had when the issues they were having with their products happened to me:

    http://www.autopiaforums.com/forums/...xperience.html

Here is a "review" of GTechniq`s customer service, specifically Rob, their managing director.

Here is a recent show-n-shine with a re-application of EXOv2 that I had to do after getting a scratch, and having to polish and apply the coating.

    Re: Gtechniq Giveaway

I want to/deserve to win some Gtechniq because I have never used any of their products before and because for the first time in my years of attending the Long Beach Grand Prix I finally remembered to put on sunscreen and not get burned yet! (Just can`t forget any on Sunday)
