My true feelings were to have happy customers. I don`t know how you got something different out of what I just said. Who in their right mind is going to be happy when a customer tries to hurt their business? It`s a crappy thing to do period.

Let me be as "polite" as I can be when I say this. I don`t appreciate you implying that my wanting to please customers was an act. It`s called doing business.
