Meguiars Wash and Wax Anywhere to be discontinued.

Meguiars Wash and Wax Anywhere will be discontinued except for california. From what my coed has told me the product will be catering to californians only. I am not too sure about this because he just told me today. All remaining Wash and Wax Anywhere in stores (at least our store, Pep Boys) are discounting the bottles for about 10 bucks.

I am not sure if Meguiars is coming out with a new replacement product or not. Tomorrow i am going to call Meguiars and ask what the xxxxing deal is.

If you have any other news regarding W&WA, please post in here.

Not that big of a deal IMO.

As I have heard that it was sub par in its performance.

Maybe they will be coming out with a new better version.

Not a big deal. It was nothing special to begin with. I`m sure you`ll still be able to purchase it online if you truly love it that much.

Worked great(great as other) but a bit overpriced. I hated the smell too.

    I thought MUW&WA worked well.

Waterless Wash products are likely a hard sell at retail locations.

I have seen TV ads for Turtle Wax`s products. It is definitely a hard sell just due to education as well as necessity. It will take a much longer time to get acceptance. I mean some are they are just getting beyond using Pledge, Spic and Span, and cotton rags to wash.

I think mistrust for that type of product and the "too good to be true" saying would hurt the average consumer.
