NEW! The Speedy Surface Prep Towel

Brand New @ Autopia-Carcare.com! The Speedy Surface Prep Towel

The next generation of paint decontamination!

    • Speedy removal of bonded surface contaminants
    • Easy to use with less effort
    • Leaves surface smooth as glass

Now you can restore a smooth as glass feel and maximize your paint`s natural shine faster than you thought possible with the Speedy Surface Prep Towel. The Speedy Surface Prep Towel removes the same bonded contaminants that detailing clay does, only faster and with less product waste. Detailers and enthusiasts know that the secret to a great shine is deep-cleaning and preparing the paint. The Speedy Surface Prep towel is the first step in creating a mile-deep shine.

The Speedy Surface Prep Towel is a soft microfiber towel coated with advanced polymerized rubber technology that works like detailing clay. It quickly removes bonded contamination. Bonded contamination is anything that remains on the surface after your paint has been washes. Rail dust, paint over spray, brake dust, industrial pollution and environmental fall out adhere to the paint`s surface. This contamination reduces shine by creating a film on the paint and lessens your wax or paint sealant`s ability to bond to.

How many uses is the "said" towel going to get? Or do you know that yet?

just checked out a youtube video on it. they say it`s good for 100 vehicles. a little pricey, but looks like it might be worth it if it works well.

Re: NEW! The Speedy Surface Prep Towel

I love these things been using them for a while now. I will say it can be rather aggressive . I litterally clayed a porsche last night with it in 15 minutes. I suggest folding it 4`s and flipping it between sections and rinsing it off after every 4 sections. For lube with these because it seems to go so quick when your using it I cover the panel I`m about to do with a silcon free QD spray then spray the towel it`s self too. Can`t stress enough the rinse part because these things pick up fallout like no other and you will mar the paint if you don`t. You can easily do 2x2 section in less than a minute. Very little pressure is needed and you can palm this thing I love it. As far as how many cars you can do with it, I really don`t know I have 2 them that are holding up just fine and I bought them 4-5 months ago I detail a lot of cars. I`ll say it one last time RINSE RINSE RINSE you`ll pay for it you dont

Blue towel is regular grade and Gray towel is fine grade. Should cut down on any marring.

Re: NEW! The Speedy Surface Prep Towel

I just shot a video review of the fine grade towel today, I`ll be posting it on .org tomorrow hopefully. I previously did a video featuring the aggressive towel, pretty good performer.

    Thanks for posting the video.

Did you try using the infinite use for every use he identified such as a tire dressing?

Yes. For tire dressing the concentrate is used undiluted, and it`s got more of a `matte` natural look to it. Durability is decent, lasts a week or two if there`s no rain, but it`s not as good as his dedicated tire gel.

As I don`t have hard water, I can`t speak to its performance as a water softener. Though it is an EXCELLENT lubricant for the surface prep towels -- I`ve heard rumor that it outperforms the Nanoskin GLIDE that everyone seems to love, though I have not personally used glide to make that comparison directly.
