Shipping Delays

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up...

The Buy X Get X Sale was so big, there will be a small delay on shipping out orders. We`re working hard on getting every order out and most of the staff has already committed to staying until 10 pm tonight. The "buy X get X" promo basically doubled the size of everyone`s order and I admittedly underestimated how big it would be.

But don`t worry! Just have a little patience and your big box of supplies will be on their way.

actually happened to one of my 2 packages! Returned to sender... I called and it sounds like it`ll be taken care of in no time. Love a good customer service experience!
