Re: D114 Vs D115 vs uber rinseless wash

D115 is supposed to be used as a waterless wash and it is great. Cleaning ability, smell, slickness and gloss left behind all superb. My favorite detailing product by far. I mostly do waterless now and only do rinseless if it rained or car is really dirty. It`s a bit expensive but people have pushed the dilution ratio to 1:8 and 1:10 and it still works well. I use 1:8.
Never tried D114 or the Wolfgang but they can be used as both waterless and rinseless. D114 is known for its sole cleaning abilities, nothing left behind just squeaky clean surface. Wolfgang has some gloss and slickness agents left behind and has a economical dilution ratio but I think D114 has it beat at 1:128 for waterless and 1:256 for rinseless and it`s cheap at around $33/gallon.

I`m a huge fan of D114. I use it for both rinseless and waterless.

Haven`t tried the Meguiars ones but just got the WG uber and love it. I like it better than UWW, and that`s a great product in its own right.

Did a RW with my new Uber kit today on my 04 Ion. It had been rained on and driven maybe 400 miles in the last 3 weeks and not washed. It was last done about 4 weeks ago with XMT360.

The Uber did a great job, initially after the drying step I though there were some streaks that were gonna stay but they were only streaks that were not dry yet. Car came out great.

One thing I noticed different from 114 is that the water with the Uber in it FELT much more slick. Im a huge fan of 114 but this Uber was NICE to use. I think when the free bottle is gone I probably will not buy it because of the cost difference of 114 but I would recommend it still! It is probably as good as 114. You wont be disappointed with any of your options.
