Paypal:
If you use Paypal, then you`ll get a refund since Paypal makes a complete payment in one step. So we apply your benefits (remove shipping, deduct 10%) then refund your Paypal account. The nice thing with Paypal is refunds process the same day.

Credit/Debit Card:
If you use a credit/debit card, we`ll adjust the amount before your card is processed. So there is never a refund. You will see your "pending charge" change to the correct amount before it`s processed.

This is just the system we have for now. Trust me, no one is dreaming of a more automated system than me! If you want to stick with Paypal, you could always place your order over the phone or PM me with your order and I can apply the benefits before sending you a Paypal invoice for the correct amount.

Tose rewards points come in super hndy. Between those and the 20% sale the other day, i got a flex pe14 for like $240. Unless its something ACC just doesnt carry(kamikaze?) ill never shop anywhere else. This place is amazing.
