Are there going to be special prices or discounts to those who join, similar to autoality, or does this just affect shipping? Being on the West coast the shipping aspect is attractive, but as a hobbyist it only makes sense if you spend over $100 in shipping a year. And you can avoid the shipping issue by waiting until you need $150 worth of stuff, or you can take my approach and tell yourself that buying more stuff can save you money.

I am curious as well. For me, there is no incentive to purchase the subscription because I am fairly close and receive my items in 3 days.

@RDKC, gift registry you use on other sites your saying ?

I use the registry on Autopia. Makes it easier because I don`t have to log in every time to view my list. I just email myself a link to my registry and I`m set.
