Every dollar you spend you earn 1 point. So a $100 order = 100 points. You continue to earn points and they never expire until you "cash out". When you`re ready to cash out, go to `My Rewards` and scroll down to `Available Rewards`. You`ll see different reward coupons:

$5 Reward Points = 100 points
$10 Reward Points = 200 points
$25 Reward Points = 500 points
$50 Reward Points = 1000 points
$100 Reward Points = 2000 points


Click on `Redeem` below the reward and you`ll receive a unique "Reward Code". This is used just like a coupon code and is unique to your account. This code expires in 30 days. Currently you`re only allowed to use one coupon per order online, but if you`d like to use multiple reward codes + a coupon code just give us a call and we can do it manually over the phone.

For example if you have 4000 points and we`re running a 15% off sale + free shipping over $95, you can place your order over the phone to use all 4000 points ($200) AND use the 15% coupon AND get free shipping

We use the reward points just like cash.
