The Perfect Shine, LLC and ARC of San Diego have agreed to a new donation program that will directly assist San Diego adults with learning impairments.

ARC of San Diego, one of the nation`s largest non-profit organizations for adults with learning impairments, has agreed to receive used Porter Cable 7424 polishers on donation from The Perfect Shine, LLC. ARC of San Diego will use its facilities, human resources and partnerships with local and national businesses to refurbish the polishers for resale.

The Perfect Shine, LLC will offer a generous Porter Cable 7424 trade-in program for their Ultimate Detailing Machine Model 1000 polisher. The goal is to receive 1,000 to 1,500 polishers a year on trade-in, giving ARC of San Diego an estimated $25,000 to $37,500 additional cash benefit annually.

Customers who participate in the $50 trade-in program will be pleased to know their old polisher provides a direct $25 benefit to a growing population of underserved adults who appreciate the education, challenging work and living assistance.

    David,

I have a brand new, never used 7336 and a used one. Do they qualify for the discount or are you only taking 7424s?

I would love to trade in my 7336 and get the UDM. And the fact that it goes to such a good cause makes it all worth while.

David I am curious about trading the 7336 as well. WHat are your thoughts on trading these as well as the others?

David, kudos to you for your ongoing efforts on behalf of this group of people. My sister had Down`s syndrome and faced these same challenges.
