This is the time of year that I always take stock of what we have accomplished and what I personally want to accomplish in the coming year. It`s also the time I take a hard look at things I have not done well so I can make corrections.



This year, I realized that something was missing, and as a result, my own satisfaction with the job was also lacking. The missing element is so fundamental and so obvious, yet so easy to let slip away when trying to balance all of the things you’re trying to accomplish.



The missing element is YOU, my valued clients and friends.



In 2007 I have a single focus, and that is to deliver the best products, service and community possible. To this end, all other activities have been pushed aside.



In 2007 we will:



- Complete the upgrade of Autopia.org

- Add full-time support staff to our business

- Improve our ability to provide immediate service

- Launch two new product lines

- Increase our inventory to offer one-stop shopping for the majority of our clients

- Offer a true “rapid rewards†program that accounts for the past 3 years of shopping history

- Return to monthly publication of valuable car care articles and education.

- Redesign the Autopia Car Care store to offer multiple modes of shopping.



I want everyone’s “Autopia Experience†(customer or not) to be a good one.
