We will be coming out with a finer version of SwirlBuster called "ClearCoat Polish.

    Hi,

I`m thinking of using this product on my orange S2000. I was wondering how I should include it into my group of products.

My twice per year clean is this:

    1. Wash Megs Gold Class

    2. Clay Megs Quick Clay

    3. Wash again

    4. Polish Megs Deep Crystal Polish

    5. Megs No 7 Glaze

    6. Wax P21S

Where in that lot do I use the SwirlBuster?

    Thanks

    Alan

    Alan,

It would probably be used in place of your Step 5 (Megs#7)

    Can someone answer this question...

I bought the UDM along with this swirlbuster and I`m wondering how this comes into play with the SFX1, SFX2, & SFX3 system explained in this article (http://www.autopia.org/publish/artic...ide/Page1.html)

Is the swirlbuster used in addition to these polishes or eliminate them??

It`s not "the same". It may have the same cut, but unless something has changed, the Swirlbuster polish has an acrylic filler in it.

SwirlBuster replaces SFX2 and SFX3 in my experience, as it can handle the same issues that I would previously have used them for.

SwirlBuster has a new polish technology, that breaks down the polish particles during the polishing process - allowing you to go from surface defect correction, all the way to final surface preparation, all with one polish and pad.

Swirlbuster is a great surface prep to use before wiping down and applying your last step sealant/wax.

You`d only ever use SFX1 is you had significant surface defects which would not polish out with Swirlbuster - and in this case you`d use SFX1 and a polishing pad first, followed by SwirlBuster, then Sealant/Wax.
