    Well cool! I remember “the lotus effect” being big in detailing products years ago. Don’t hear about it much anymore. Gone on to new buzz words.

    Cool and interesting video!

    Soon maybe the first painted car with a ultra hydrophobic surface is made. Or think if a polish could create that lotus structured surfaces. Think also that since a ultra hydrophobic surface can not get the feeling of smoothness. Wonders if it is able to have a high gloss also. Maybe we will see a matte paint with such of hydrophobic surface.
