HA! A one gallon, eight ounce jug.

I like that you have detail supplies in your kitchen.
Doesn`t the instructions for No Rinse say 6oz per 32oz of for a detail spray? This mixture would be really watered down at 8 oz per gallon. Has any else use a dilution this light without any issues?

The product page for ONR over on AG says to use 8oz per gallon for detail spray. I take that to mean 8oz to 128oz, making 136 oz, but an argument could be made for 8oz in 120oz for one even gallon. I just looked at my quart of ONR and it only gives a clay lube dilution, but I would swear that my last quart of it had a QD dilution ratio on the label. I ju st don’t remember what it was.
I took from from this video that the industry secret detail spray is to use ONR at the QD dilution. Not trying to be unappreciative of the effort that went into making the video though.
I don`t believe ONR has the exact instructions for making detail spray on their product or website, they just mention you can make it.
Now I`ve been using 8oz for every gallon for a few years now and have seen the exact dilution on other sites/forums other then autogeek.
Haven`t had any issues on the dilution ratio, works great!
Let me know if that helps!
[QUOTE=RMD;2127672]Yeah I typically never finish the gallon of distilled water (current jugs I use will overflow), so my ratio is probably closer to 8oz of ONR for every 124oz.
That`s basically what the video is saying! I was kinda being sarcastic/messing around in the beginning , but I`m not sure if many people caught it, lol
"HA! A one gallon, eight ounce jug."
Haha, in theory, lol
Ron at Optimum told me 10 oz of ONRWW to one gallon of distilled water.
instead of buying a separate jug why not pour OUT 8-10 of water from the distilled jug then pour the ONR in it? I realize it doesn`t have a threaded cap but I store my excess on a top shelf so it is not likely to be disturbed until I need it.
