Many good points made about different materials, safety and, most importantly, knowing your limits. Anyone looking to put a polisher to their vehicle for the first time would be wise to watch this. The principles really are the same for a Honda Civic as for a $1 million Ferrari, just as poker is the same at $1/$2 or $1,000/$2000; the stakes are just higher.
I had a chance to have a few good conversations with this gentleman at Sema. He is a really down to earth guy and had nothing but love for the detail world!

Great video! Love the car!
Informative video thanks. Love the 288`s! Very true principles are the same but the stakes get higher when dealing with seven-figure vehicles especially original paint.
One day I`ll get to do my own car.

very good video thanks for sharing!
"you need to generate heat" This is still a wives tail that heat is necessary, heat is the by product of the mechanical action of the buffing. You dont want to create heat, nor do you need it. He is correct that certain materials will absorb the by product (heat) differently and thus you need to be careful. I still really like the video so far......it`s 35min long which means I need some popcorn!
