I don`t think the guy in CA was trying to rip off Scott`s name either, since Scott is based in TX. Just a coincidence.

If it weren`t that he was actively ripping off another detailer`s pictures I would agree with you... but given that fact I can`t help but believe he was also trying to take undue advantage of Scott`s stellar reputation.

This car wash though, I do think is pure coincidence.

Agreed. There is absolutely no way he wasn`t aware of me. He chose scottswax as his domain name, he had to do a search and know that scottwax was already taken and yet he still decided to go with a domain name 1 letter off. Apparently his screw up with groupon, tippr and living social has put him out of business but odds are he will resurface under a different name and start this crap all over again feeding off someone else`s hard work.
