Ordering more pads...

i`m going to go ahead and order more pads for my 7336 since i only have 3 that i bought a few weeks ago. i was looking for some cheaper pads on PAC and found the edge pads but not really sure if they will work with my 5" meguiars backing plate i have. I saw the edge pads for the quick disconnect and then there are the ones for "hook and loop"....does that mean they are for velcro backing plates, and therefore they will work with the backing plate i already have. yeah i know i should have ordered the edge quick connect pads but they were a little out of my price range for now.

footnote- do the Edge "hook and loop" pads work with the Meguiars 5" velvro backing plate?

The Edge Durafoam DA pads should work fine with a 5" backing plate. I use them with a 6" plate, but a 5" will give you a little more of a safety margin.
