Truck looks great, I just ordered my upp products today. I plan on using the same method! Can`t wait, I`ll try to post pics!
Question about the cleaner...,
Is it a "must" for UPP to bond?
Is it similar in performance to AIO
or
more like GEPC?
Do you apply it and buff off like AIO
Or
Apply and leave on like Z-1?
Just curious..., mine will be here this week
More like GEPC.
AIO is needed when tougher cleaning is required.
Simply wipe on and wipe off, no need to let dry.
Designed to make sure surface is clean and free of old wax, light oxidation, glazes, fillers, etc.
Water-based, very low abrasive "prep" for UPP.
Thanks for the info..,
Sounds like a WINNER!!!
Hey, someone stole my truck! LOL I have a 2001 F150 extended cab 4x4 in the same color. Your truck looks great! Nice job. UPP is an awesome product. It`s so darn easy you`ll find yourself going out and giving it another coat whenever you have an hour to spare.
Good job!

eem11,
Your truck looks great!
I also got to do my truck last weekend with UPP! Really liked the results.............. can`t wait to get another coat on. I did pretty much the same thing as you. Wash, clay, #9 with a polish pad, and another pass with #9 and a finishing pad. Then, a coat of AIO, and one coat of UPP. A lot of work, but the results were worth it.
Thanks for the kind words guys. I love the way UPP looks. Will try to make picture smaller next time.
I notice there is no WAX STAIN
Looks very detailed, wheels and all
nice work...
