Today I called PAC to order some Edge 2000 Pads and later in day,thinking not for sure if one of the pads ordered,was the one I wanted or needed.Calling Dwayne back in the afternoon and checking order (already sent) we found one of the pads wasn`t the correct one..With all my talking and own confusion,my fault.
However,Dwayne without missing a beat said he would send the pad at no extra charge.Now how gracious is that ..It`s the wisdom of this customer service that keeps us coming back.
