Jaguar Day: XJR, XKR, XJS

This was a fun day, you just can`t beat detailing Jags. No interior shots on any of these because they were already in awesome condition. These are my girlfriends families cars. Also, everything was done using a PC on the exterior.

Procedure: 2004 XJR
Wash
PPP with polishing pad
EX-P x 2 with finishing pad
PPP on all the chrome and wheels
Megs High Endurance on tires
Stoners invisible glass

This car was special ordered this color and does not come from the factory this color. Also, according to Jaguar there were only 8 XKR coupes built and sold last year, most of them are convertibles or XK8 coupes and convertibles. This car was driven to Colorado and was speckled with tar, so that is the reason it was clayed.

Procedure: 2005 XKR
Wash & Clay
PPP with polishing pad
NXT with finishing pad and let sit for 15 minutes
PPP on all chrome
Megs High Endurance on tires
Invisible glass

I love the Jags years ago when I started detailing that was one of my customers and I use ot llove driving it from his house ot mine and back!

This is my girlfriends car, 1996 XJS convertible with only 19K miles. This car has some awesome lines and was definitely great to work on!

This car got the same procedure as above.

Yeah I know what you mean! In all honesty I used to not like Jags at all, but they drive absolutely amazing and they have extremely classly lines IMO. Of course being with my girlfriend about 6.5 years and them being Jag fans also helps

All look amazing and I agree the lines on them are stunning.

Those XJR wheels look drop dead gorgeous...Any full car shots?

Yeah I do have some full car shots and some interior shots if you would like. I love the wheels too! They are true 3pc. BBS wheels and they always clean up so easily. Thanks

European cars clean up soo nice. Especially MB`s it seems like I can do no wrong when it come to benz`s . Are Jags the same way ??

I have only worked on a few MB`s and I personally enjoy working on all european cars. I would not personally own a MB, just not a big fan of them. IMO though, I find working on jags quite easy and they always look outstanding with a little finesse.
