On my car you sicko!!!!!
Can anyone reccomend a good brush for detailing emblems/cracks on cars? I heard that horse hair brushes work really well. Where would I buy that?
Links to purchase would be helpful.
Thanks fellow nuts.

I keep my thumb nails longer for this purpose, I take a MF towel and use my thumb nails behind the cloth to get at seams & tight edges. Too a USED tooth brush (being used softens the bristles a bit) is handy around emblems...but you still have to be careful with it

I`ve used my nails, thin keys wrapped in a towel, etc. I`ve just heard of people using really soft brushes for this purpose and I wanted to know some good ones.
I`ve used cans of compressed air for different things and I don`t feel that air stream would be strong enough.Originally posted by NEW AGAIN
Wal-Mart / Radio Shak sell air cans so can blow out those hard to reach area also What about an air compressor a small one
I guess I should have mentioned that I will be taking care of some old buildup as well.
Yesterday I spent some time digging old wax residue out of the "Acura" and "Legend" emblems on my car thinking that one of those brushes would come in handy right now.

Wal-Mart sell a detailing tool that has a sharp rubber tip with a brush on the other end there are two different type.
I also mask off those areas in question

I have a boars hair brush and love it saves me very time. If your going to be digging a bunch of old wax buildup out of embles, before you wash the car use a tooth brush and PB TR. Makes it allot faster on the end result

Thanks for the tip. I got out some of the old wax the other day with Q-tips, my fingernails, and this thin piece of metal. (The end of the ground/power/whatever it is wire on an H3 bulb.)Originally posted by Beemerboy

I`ve used children`s tooth brushes(since the kids were born) and they are even softer than worn adult ones...also I like to spray NL on the brush to clean the two sided tape holding a lot of emblems on, then it wipes right off the paint.
