    Snowmobile trailer cleaning

My brother just bought a used enclosed triton snowmobile trailer and wanted to know if i could polish it. It kinda of faded and dull looking. The thing is i dont know what i could safely use on the aluminum siding that i think is painted but it kinda looks like a coating they put on the aluminum. If any of you have either seen these trailers or have one how to you go about polishing the outside of it. I was just thinking of using mothers polish on the raw aluminum but dont know what to use on the other part. If i could have some advice it would be helpful.

    Thanks in advance.

If its raw aluminum then use polish I would buy some Zepher that can be purshased threw this site. On the painted parts use some polish and see if some of the paint comes off on the rag. This will tell you if its clear coated or not. A good polish and then sealant will protect from the weather. However not seeing the trailer its hard to guess, can you get the makers name and then we can see the web site and understand finish

The trailer is made by Karavan. I have looked on the companys website and have found no information on the finish. I dont think there is a clear on it but i will try to apply some polish and see if the paint comes off like a SS paint job. I almost think that it might be powdercoated.
