This car was WORK !!! The paint took me 5 hours to get it where I felt I could not improve it much more. Water spots from HELL !!!
The look on the future owner`s face made it worth it !!!

No buff to tuff
Wax wax everywhere !!! Years of wax caked up in all the emblems, crevices and jambs !!!
No buff to tuff
The wheels were cleaned up one time witha harsh cleaner and were stained pretty bad. Mother`s Aluminum and Magnesium wheel polish cleaned them up nicely.
Notice that the paint is not perfect. This car will never be a concours car without a complete repaint, but a real nice looking daily driver.

A lot of work, but I have a soft spot in my heart for Porsches and in the end it felt worth it !!!
Almost forgot ... Megs DACP X 2 passes yellow and green edge pads. Megs SG with a green pad, finished with #9 and blue pad. Sealed with Poorboys EX.

I love Porshes, but I hate buffing them, lots of curves. I can never figure out why people wax emblems/bumpers?
Teflon is for frying pans.
For a car with a 20+ year paint job, just getting the paint to look that good is enough. Nice car, that body shape never goes out of style.Originally posted by Clean Dean
