Thanks Whaler! Yes, she almost cried. I spoke with her about 3 days after the job, and her kids thought Mommy got a new car.

Customer works for a communications co., has refered several co-workers and clients. Already I have booked a Lincoln LS for this Thurs. as a result.

Actually, she didn`t pay a dime. My client that sent her to me employs her part-time a bar&grill and wanted to do something nice for her.

Quoted him $250 which he paid without blinking. Plus a tip in the form of a $35 bar tab. Way cool. I have a feeling that if she had to pay, the car would still look like it has for the last 4 years.
