Gotta be straight up with you guys I actaully didnt wash my car with car soap I just rinsed it with water is that bad?

That is just dirt and dust that has pooled into spots and dried. It should wash off.

Only if you wiped dry afterwards. Washing, with sometime of solution, will effectively (and safely) lift dirt off the surface. If you just rinse and wipe, you will grind dirt and grime into the paint, creating surface scratches.
