Bought a 2010 Escape, it appeared to never have been detailed by its prior owner. Some of the glass and exterior mirrors have water stains on them that Invisible Glass could not remove or improve even a little. Any suggestions?
Thanks

This is supposed to be good, but I have yet to use it personally
Pinnacle GlassWork Water Spot Remover
Mothers California Gold Water Spot Remover works well, and is inexpensive too.

For water spots on glass I use 0000 steel wool. This is a tad ole school for detailers but highly effective on removing WS. This is the highest / softest SW available and will NOT harm the glass in anyway.
This is another go to WS remover that I have on hand that is again highly effective.

As a follow up, I bought the Pinnacle GlassWork Water Spot Remover. On some areas of the Escape, it worked well, but others not so much. I have since had some other issues with my other cars, and while using a glass cleaner and a lot of scrubbing, I could not remove a few spots, the Pinnacle easily removed it. I also tried this on my shower doors, which can be hard to clean. The Pinnacle made them look like new, and it`s easy to work with. So even though it didn`t fix everything on my Escape, I`m still very impressed with this product.
I use ZEP Glass cleaner diluted 10:1 and I scrub with 0000 steel wool. This tends to work.
If they are really stubbord I use Meguiars`s UC with a wool pad on my rotary.
The pinnacle is great product for glass. Here is the review I did.

I sent out some sample to other forum members and they can chime in as well.
For best results I used a 4 inch white pad with a DA.

I really like the product, but if I`m going to improve my Escape, I`m going to need something stronger. I quickly looked and can`t see any nearby sources for 00000 steel wool, but the Meguiars UC is available, so I might try that.
Home Depot has a good inventory of 0000 steel wool.
CLR is an awesome remover of water stains.
I`ve tried many things to remove water stains...razor blades etc.
I have a go-to I have used for years & it has never let me down.
I use a DA with an orange pad (not as aggressive as steel wool).
X-treme Clean has the "feel" of a very gritty polishing compound.
Rain‑X® X-treme Clean™ I prefer a small 4" or less orange pad
Not sure if it can be used on cars windows but it works phenomenal on boat windows, I like sea-shield glass polishing system. We`ve been getting really good results with removing hard water spots, etching and some light scratches. Look at the results we got on this hatteras with their system. we used a 6` griots with a felt pad.
