I know..I asked the person who set up the GTG if there was going to be a "Best of Show" Contest" but he checked with Griots and they didn`t want to allow it to happen since they didn`t detail any cars for the show.

That doesn`t make any sense. In other words your saying Griots didn`t want a best of show throphy handed out if they weren`t the ones going to win it? Were there any throphies handed out at all? Sounds to me like it was more of what the name implies and that is a get together not a car show.

I still laugh at the guy who posted about the short term durability of Griot`s "Best of Show" wax. He said something like, "We`ll, if it was supposed to last long, wouldn`t they have called it "Best of ShowS" ???

How do you become the sponsor of a car show, detail the presidents car for free?

No..I was asked by the main sponsors of the show o be a sponsor. I put in the raffle a free Stage 4 winter package and 3 Stage 4 details with the winter package for 50% off.

Stage 1 would be the wash and decontamination of the paint

Stage 2 Paint Correction

Stage 3 Polish

Stage 4 Wax

Winter Protection Detail is using the NanoSkin Shield Sealant but my clients must get the Stage 4 detail for that.

Stage 2 and 3 are now blended together since I have started using the Menzerna Power Finish Compound that finishes down to a very nice polish and it saves me time on the detail.

It was just a GTG at the Griots location...not a car show put on by the Griots people.

There was items raffled off by the the sponsors...Nice wheels, car stereo stuff, my detail`s and some other items.

5 hours...it was done a month ago.

5 hours! Wow it for a full correction it easily takes me 2 to 10 times longer. What`s your secret??? Cars look good btw, got any sun shots?
