    Mixing products

Do you mix products to save time or get better results?
Today I did a rinsless wash. Used DP rinsless, added an ounce of Duragloss aquawax to the mix. I found that it didnt seem to clean as well as when I typically do without the wax.
It didnt really seem to add any additional slickness, maybe a small boost in shine. Hopefully added a little extra protection.

Any other mixes that you have found to work, or in my case not really!

I mix some ONR QD with OID, to give it a boost in the lubrication and cleaning department. Also mixed some OCW with ONR QD, for a cleaning QD that leaves behind a bit of protection. I`ve also heard people mixing Duraglos 601 with 501 or 105, to create a sealant that cures a lot quicker.

Sometimes I will mix a bit of ONR with my wash water to soften the water. That`s about it though.

Generally speaking unless I am told by a product manufacturer that mixing is specifically OK, I don`t like to combine products that were designed and tested to be used independent of one another.
