7336 has a 6" counterweight and usually comes from Lowes with a sanding pad and a buffing pad.
I have used the buffing pad that comes with the machine and it does a decent job.
They are basically the same machine.
In addition you will need more buffing pads.
I currently use Meguiars velcro system
You can purchase this from Premium Auto Care (link on DC home page) or Meguiars web site ... both places offer a start-up kit with the velcro backing plate and three pads.
A lot of people use Edge pads with great results.
I bought the 7336 at Lowes and am still really trying to decide on the best pads.

How many of you use the PC to apply wax? Or is this something you primarily do by hand?

I have recently have been applying UPP and NXT with the PC. I go over the tight areas by hand first then follow up with the PC. It seems like NXT especially works better if applied with the PC. With both products I get a more even thin application. I never thought I would be applying wax (sealant) with the PC but it works great.
