Here`s how I did it.
1) S&W
2) Soaked small piece of 3m wet/dry imperial 2000 grit sandpaper in water for about 15-20 minutes
3) Spritzed area with clay magic lube
4) Said a prayer
5) Gently sanded with soaked paper in one direction
6) Wiped up lube examined progress under loupe
7) Folded paper to expose unused area. Repeated steps 4-6 until I was satisfied.
8) Clayed area to remove residue
9) Hit the spot with IP and a cutting pad on PC at 3 to start finished at 5.
10) Applied AIO until the weekend when I apply Wolfgang to the whole car.

I can attest to the before and after results on the Z3. What an amazing difference after wet sanding.... flaws are gone.gone :jump :jump
