Black Spot removal??

Hey,
I need some help with 3 mysterious black spots I have on my car after I got my car back from the dealer. I have washed my car, clayed it, used `bug and tar` remover on it, and nothing seems to even discolor the three spots.

All three spots are very close together on my driver door. I noticed them when I picked up my car from the dealer, but didn`t think much about them as I knew I was washing my car this weekend.

Anyone know what this could be, or have any approaches for removing them?

Looks like something on the paint, or overspray or etching.

I would try clay, then clean paint with something like PB pro polish and see. that should do it.

BTW remember after you do it, you`re going to have to re-seal or wax.
