Formerly the "Best Detailer", now just Super Wax Waster Man. Not necessarily tactful, but normally right. It`s good to be da King !!!
No way Dude, did u make that up?
WOW that`s a sure way to pull down the market. And then try and sell products to us? I DONT THINK SO.... Boycott the TV sales... If its like there installers on car alarms and such that wont last long...
what exactly are clan door jambs and wheel wells?
are they racist? Im going to sue!
So I suppose that this is a mobile service? I would like to tee their setup.
Come get your car detailed! - Tampa Racing
From an inside source apparently.
I still don`t believe in grit guards.
*Unfortunately we don`t offer paint corrections nor do we clean engine bays
From the guy who works there. Not sure it`s really a detail if you don`t do that kind of stuff.
I still don`t believe in grit guards.
How long does it take?
-Most cars take about 2-3hrs for a full detail
-Suv`s, trucks, & large vans ~3-4hrs
Wow.... 2-3 hours and they don`t do any kind of paint correction? That is some kind of meticulous wash. And this is with two people going at ti from what I can gather.
I still don`t believe in grit guards.
That was posted almost a year ago so it looks like the test was successful enough for them to move ahead.
Oh well we had a nice run. I always thought it was gonna be Wal-mart that put me out of business. Their the ones that stick their nose into everything.
Back in the day, I worked as an installer for a Circuit City Roadshop. We vaccumed every car and trunk that we worked on as part of the install procedure as a service to the customers.
I think back then we charge $40 for a radio install (labor). Most radio installs took less than 30 minutes, and I am being generous with that estimate. Days after Christmas, I bet we installed 100 head units each (me, another installer, and the Roadshop manager). Working at that CC was really weird - enough crazy stuff went on to make a movie (a-la "Waiting") about all the crazy stuff we did and parties we would have after work.
I couldn`t imagine someone asking us to do a true detail at that place.
I still don`t believe in grit guards.
If they attempt to detail, like the terrible job the did on our computer. Don`t worry. They will have enough complaints to put them out of business in no time.
I highly doubt that this will be successful. I don`t see how a basic detail lasts 2-3 hours for a car. Are they using toothbrushes?
Whoever said that anything is possible never tried slamming a revolving door
Wow!
