How did the search go? Get a garbage can lid or anything? Inquiring minds want to know.
I still don`t believe in grit guards.

    Re: taping off a tire

So I took a plastic garbage can lid, cut the middle out of it(the size of the rim)so I was left with a ring. Now I can take that ring and simply hold it around the rim and spray away. I still have a little tweaking to do to it with a butane torch to mold it to where it basically clips onto the rim, but it is exactly what I needed.
