Strange stuff on the paint and glass

I looked out my window at the house just now and saw something disturbing. There are some strange fluffy deposits on the paint and the glass. What is this stuff? I`ve been living in Texas for three years now and I haven`t seen it before. Will it come off? What products should I use?

Aren`t we forgetting the "least aggressive approach" here? Just try rock salt and see if you can find a bag of the big chunks and toss down from a height of about 10 feet! Might not be as fast as acid though.

If that doesn`t work just let it sit for about 4 months.

you`re right ...sand blasting should be the first choice
